Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at contact@sayida.com with your order number
  2. We will provide you with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchange requests are prioritized and processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
